KK Long Inserts are ideal for all types of lifting operations. KK Long Inserts are commonly used in thin or very thin elements with sufficient anchoring depth.
KK Long Inserts are used in walls and beams where sufficient anchoring depth is available. KK Long Inserts are CE-marked according to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The minimum compressive strength of the concrete upon load application is 15 MPa. KK Lifting Inserts are available in black as standard, but they are also available in galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, and stainless steel form upon request. Customized lengths for special purposes are available upon request.
KKSW Inserts are special lifting inserts designed to lift and transport sandwich elements. The bending transfers the anchoring closer to the element’s center of gravity, enabling the element to be lifted in a more vertical position. KKSW Inserts are intended only for straight loads with a lifting beam.
KK Lifting Keys are used to attach the crane hook, lifting slings or chains to the KK Lifting Insert, which is cast into the concrete element. KK Lifting Keys enable element lifting, turning and tilt-up. KK Lifting Keys can be used with all of the KK Lifting Inserts without limitation.
