SPIRAJOINT is a prefabricated leave-in-place joint system designed to create formed shrinkage free movement joints, consisting of heavy duty arris armoring, permanent formwork, and a load transfer system.

The arris armoring is provided by L-profile with welded 8mm steel plate, which are connected by yieldable plastic bolts. The profiles are anchored into the slab by welded studs directly attached to both the body and the top plates for superior performance and longevity. It is suitable for all large-area construction methods involving ground-bearing and / or pile-supported concrete floors.

SPIRAJOINT is specially designed for a smooth and silent transition across joints. It is specifically developed to meet heavy-duty requirements and provides excellent performance for the extreme armoring of joint arrises.

The system ensures reliable load transfer in formed free-movement joints with openings of up to 20 mm wide and is suitable for slab depths from 150 mm to 300 mm.

Available in Plain Steel, Hot Dip Galvanized finish, which means that the SPIRAJOINT system offers a solution for all operational environments.
