Fullscreen map Close

AUH Forum, which is a part of Aarhus University Hospital, will consist of 14 floors and will stand out in the landscape. It will become a nerve centre for the entire hospital, as it will be the highest point in the building complex.

Forum will be a multifunctional house, which ranges from a space for faith and contemplation to modern research facilities. It will be a nerve centre which makes it easy to navigate to the rest of the hospital.

The functions located in Forum, right in the middle of the Aarhus University Hospital, will include almost all medical specialties within 500 m. Something that is rarely seen anywhere else in Northern Europe.

DELTABEAM® Composite Beams were the obvious choice for this project because of the slim floor solution, which makes the floors height as slim as possible. The geometric challenges were solved by special welded DELTABEAM® Composite Beams.
